After the success of Lego: Lord of the Rings back in 2012, we all knew that it was only a matter of time before Traveler’s Tales gave The Hobbit film series the Lego treatment. Today the launch trailer was released and it looks as good as you would expect a Lego video game to be. All the humour is still there and Traveler’s Tales have again opted to use dialogue right from the films to use as audio which worked great in the Lord of the Rings game. Nintendo releasing a pink Nintendo 2DS alongside Kirby: Triple Deluxe

To celebrate the release of Kirby: Triple Deluxe, Nintendo plan to release a pink 2DS in the UK.

The pink  and white 2DS will be released on the same day as the new Kirby game which will be may 16th. There will also be a new silver 2DS carry case released separately on the same day, so if you’re in the market for a 2DS, why not be bold and go for a bright pink one? EA apologises for “Unacceptable” Nintendo April Fool’s jokes

Yesterday there were many funny jokes and fake news articles in honor of April Fools. They ranged from the famous Youtuber Boogie2988 uploading a video that claimed he’d been allowed to play the first 30 minutes of Half -Life 3, but in reality was just a video of him eating celery for 30 minutes, to the reports that there would be DLC for an Optimus Prime Mech in Titanfall.  All of these were funny and expected by gamers but it seems some folks at EA went a bit far with their prank.
