Atlus USA has picked up Citizens of Earth, a tongue-in-cheek old-school RPG from Waveform developer Eden Industries. Citizens of Earth did not have a successful Kickstarter campaign and the devs had been quit for a while, but its great to see a Atlus steps in to get the game released. Citizens of Earth will release on 3DS, PC, PS4, Vita and Wii U later this year as a download title. - Continue reading
In a new trailer for Disney Infinity called “Get Ready to Assemble”, Marvel’s Captain America shield is shown in the end with the words “Bring on the Super Heroes”shown and then “2.0 Edition”. After the success of Lego: Lord of the Rings back in 2012, we all knew that it was only a matter of time before Traveler’s Tales gave The Hobbit film series the Lego treatment. Today the launch trailer was released and it looks as good as you would expect a Lego video game to be. All the humour is still there and Traveler’s Tales have again opted to use dialogue right from the films to use as audio which worked great in the Lord of the Rings game. Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Watch Dogs called “Welcome to Chicago”,plus some information on the vehicles, available hacks, and the weather. There will be over 3,000 character kits in the game that can be combined in different ways to create new looks, and every NPC in the game will be able to be hacked in some form. There’ll be a day and night cycle in the game, which won’t be scripted, and varied weather from sun, storms, fog and rain. - Continue reading
