Thanks to a translation by Siliconera, we have more details about Ghost In The Shell Standalone Complex First Connection Online.

The game is being developed by Neople, who isn’t really known for making games with good graphics, so the quality of the trailer was a surprise to many. They have been working on it since September of 2011, but they still need some more time before making the game public. The game will see initial release in Korea early 2015, with Japan coming after.

So, you do get to play all seven members of District 9, and they each have distinct skills. However, thanks to a new feature called Skill Share, you can pass one of those skills temporarily to others. There will even be a cyborg customization system.
