Ubisoft has revealed the first 13 minutes of South Park: The Stick of Truth.
It’s vintage South Park through and through, setting up the premise, and basically sharing all the stuff you have to go through before gameplay begins. - Continue reading
Ubisoft has revealed in their latest investor meeting that they have five major game releases scheduled in the coming year. We currently know of these games for sure: Watch Dogs, The Crew, and Just Dance.
There are heavy hints that one of the two unnamed titles is Tom Clancy’s The Division, which we have heard little of since its announcement last E3, and projected release of Q4 2014. Ubi’s silence regarding the game, however, makes it that less certain than the abovementioned titles.

Ubisoft announced that Rayman Legends would be coming to the new-generation consoles in 2014, last month. Yesterday they announced when the game would be arriving….with a bizarre trailer that stars snoop dog?
The brilliant Rayman Legends will hit the XboxOne and PS4 on the 28th February, 2014. There’s to be exclusive content available for the XboxOne which includes costumes for both Rayman, and Globox that tie-in to other Ubisoft releases. PS4 owners, don’t worry, you too have exclusive costumes for the limbless hero. But, we want to know if Snoop Dogg will be available as a playable character after his cameo in the trailer below.
So there you have it, keep the 28th February, 2014 free in your diary as you won’t want to miss the excellent Rayman Legends hitting your new console.
If you can’t wait that long to play Rayman Legends then the game is available on WiiU, Xbox360, and PlayStation 3 right now.
Ubisoft are toying with us once again. After releasing a teaser for an upcoming trailer based on The Division yesterday, they’ve now done the same for the often-delayed South Park: The Stick Of Truth ahead of their planned revelation at Saturday’s VGX event.
In this clip we join every bodies favourite politically incorrect, foul-mouthed little kid, Eric Cartman, as he shows off a special ‘ranged magic attack’. In typical South park style this isn’t your normal kind of attack.
Check it out below.
The game was originally set to be released worldwide in December 2013 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, but has since been delayed until March 4 in North America, March 6th for Australia and finally March 7th for European gamers.
Ubisoft has released a short teaser to announce a future trailer to showcase their snowdrop engine, inviting us to “discover what powers a true next-gen game” while featuring a small clip from the upcoming MMO/Action RPG, Tom Clancy’s The Division
For the impatient among you there is good news. You won’t have to wait too long as they’ve announced the reveal will take place on Monday, 9th of December.
Watch the teaser below.
The Division features team-based coop and competitive gameplay, taking place in a chaotic, near-future version of New York City as a devastating pandemic is unleashed upon the world. Gamers will need to band together, restore order and confront those who threaten to destroy the city using state-of-the-art technology and weaponry.
The Division is due for release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC in late 2014.
News has come that Rayman Legends is to be released on XboxOne and PlayStation 3. Speaking in a conference call, Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemont announced that the whimsical platformer, Rayman Legends will be getting a next-gen port early in 2014.
Speaking in that conference call Yves said. “The PS4 and Xbox One will be released in a few days’ time and will be a new driving force for the industry,” Before adding. “We are confident in our capacity to rise to the short-term challenges posed by the transition phase, thanks to the very high quality of our games, which, combined with the upcoming arrival of the next-generation consoles and the traditional ramp-up of sales during the Christmas season will trigger positive momentum towards the end of the year.”
We were hoping for another brilliant Rayman creation. But, obviously, we still love the news that our limbless hero is returning on next gen consoles; Rayman Legends was one of our favorite games this year, and if you haven’t played the brilliantly designed platformer then you’re really missing out.
Rayman Legends is set for a February, 2014 release on next-gen consoles.
