Everyone’s looking forward to Assassin’s Creed: unity, the next installment in the franchise. The internet is awash with gamers trying to find details of the upcoming game and it seems they may have found something. A YouTuber named watchdogs xwk uploaded a video that showed a supposed screenshot from the new game. The video was then taken down by a copyright claim from Ubisoft, which has only added fuel to the fire.
Although the video was taken down, a Reddit user managed to get a screenshot and upload it online. He posted it on the Assassin’s Creed Facebook page Access the Animus where, oddly enough, a site admin user pointed out that the figure in the screenshot appeared to have Altair’s short-sword strapped over his back.

Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Watch Dogs called “Welcome to Chicago”,plus some information on the vehicles, available hacks, and the weather. There will be over 3,000 character kits in the game that can be combined in different ways to create new looks, and every NPC in the game will be able to be hacked in some form. There’ll be a day and night cycle in the game, which won’t be scripted, and varied weather from sun, storms, fog and rain. - Continue reading
Ubisoft have just announced that the next installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be set in France during the French Revolution. So far we don’t know much more than that but that isn’t stopping fans from speculating and discussing features they’d like to see included in the new game.
